What this site collects
The contact form is the only thing on this site that asks you for anything. This page says what it collects, where it goes, who can read it and how to have it removed.
No analytics, no advertising tags and no cookies set by this site.
What the contact form collects
Three fields are required: your name, your email address, and a message about the house and what matters most. Seven are optional: a phone number, where the house is, the kind of project, where it stands, when you hope to start, how you heard about the practice, and who referred you. Nothing else on this site asks you for anything.
What is attached on the server
When you press Send, seven things are attached to your submission: your IP address, your browser's user agent string, the first page you opened on this site in that visit, the name of the site that linked you here if one did, the time, how long the form took to fill in, and the Turnstile result when that check is on. The first page and the linking site are kept in your browser's session storage until you close the tab, travel only with the form if you send it, and go to no one else; the site sets no cookies. The IP address is there for the rate limit, three submissions per address in ten minutes, which keeps the form from being used as a relay. The timing helps tell a person from a script.
Where it is stored
Your submission is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database in the United States. Brianne is the only person who reads it. It stays there so the conversation can continue, and it is deleted when you ask.
The notification email
One email is sent through Resend, an email delivery service, to her mailbox when your submission arrives, carrying the fields you filled in. Your address is set as the reply-to, so an answer comes straight back to you.
Who serves the site
Cloudflare serves every page you load and may see your IP address, as any host does. Turnstile, Cloudflare's check that a form is being sent from a person's browser, runs only inside the contact form and only when it is enabled. It reads signals from your browser under Cloudflare's privacy policy, and the site receives one word back, such as pass, which is stored with your submission.
What this site does not do
There are no analytics, no advertising tags and no cookies set by this site. The fonts are served from this site, so no request leaves it for a font. The only outside services involved are the ones named above: Cloudflare, Turnstile when it is on, and Resend.
Changes to this notice

How to have your submission deleted
Email the address on the contact page, from the address you used on the form or naming it, and the submission is deleted. One person reads that mailbox, and asking is the whole process.
